Blackcurrants were traditionally used only for jams, pies and puddings, and they tasted great.

What to do with it?
A Kir : crème de cassis and Bourgogne Aligote (original recipes from the Chanoine de Kir) or any dry white wine or even better sparkling wine to make a Kir Royal
